It is fully Cartier down to the original band and buckle. It presents as gorgeous condition - the watch itself presents like new down to the screw heads. A 9.8 or 9.9 out of 10. The band and buckle have been previously worn but are serviceable.
Note that the case and dial came out with a slightly more yellow tone in the photos than they appear in person.
