The Tacks Vector elbow pads are a Source for Sports Exclusive that combines the previous generation’s Tacks 9550 model with some big upgrades from the current generation AS 590 pads. The resulting pads offer high-level protection at a more affordable price. The pads include a JDP elbow cap design, a reinforced forearm shield guard, and larger bicep straps
Bicep & Forearm Protection
The Vector elbow pads use the same reinforced forearm shield guard and PE inserts as the previous generation Tacks 9550, which is tough and protective against impact. The pads also have some smaller upgrades in the stitching and fabric, which have been upgraded for a cleaner look and more durability. The hybrid flexible bicep is made of lightweight foam to offer good cushioning.
Elbow Cap
The JDP elbow uses PE inserts to offer great protection and coverage. This elbow cap design is wider and focuses on dispersing impact force out and away from the bone, keeping your elbows safe from harm.
Strapping System
The Vector elbow pads use the same simplified three-strap system that was available in the previous 9550 pad, with a larger, 1.5in elastic bicep strap for more comfort and a better lock on your arm.
Liner
CCM opted for a sublimated comfort liner for their Vector elbow pads, which is soft and provides good antimicrobial properties to keep you cool and dry while you play.

The CCM Tacks Vector Junior Hockey Elbow Pads come in Small, Medium, and Large sizes.
