"Through the Mist" is a chakra and aura inspired abstract angel print in my energy art line of reiki wall decor.. I created this original digital painting in February of 2012.

This chakra art print would be a beautiful addition to a meditation or healing room, or any room in the house or office of the person looking for a colorful and original piece of art infused with positive energy.

Energy art for me, happens when I turn off my brain and allow the positive energies of reiki, light and love to flow through me and into the image. It's a very fluid process with an intuitive flow.

I focused on connecting with the Source and infusing this image with reiki energy, light and love in the form of light, color and patterns throughout the entire process. I'll attune it again specifically for the person who buys it. Those who are sensitive to energy will feel it in the form of vibrations, tingling or just a lift in mood and well being.

The Intention:

I've been thinking about the aura lately, and how it needs to be strengthened and whole in order to feed the chakras which feed the body. It seems to me that our bodies are only as healthy as our chakras, and our chakras are only as healthy as our auras. If there's a hole or rip in the aura due to past trauma, it needs to be healed. This could explain why all the work done to heal the chakras might seem temporary, with issues repeatedly arising.

In this image, the aura is a little murky, but we have to start somewhere. The purpose of the angel is to heal the aura with love and forgiveness, symbolized by the heart and the light in her hands.

Embedded in the image are the words Heal and Love as well as the reiki symbol choku-rei, which amps up the positive energy.

As an energy artist, when I create healing art I not only experience a healing process within myself, but I also set my intention that there will be a healing impact on viewers and the planet. My hope is that my art will have positive effects on the body, mind and soul.
