The Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 3990 was produced from 1995 to 2005 and is virtually identical to 3970 of the time but with the addition of a baguette diamond bezel and diamond markers. The Patek Philippe 3990 was the first Grand Complication watch to feature diamonds and it is believe fewer than 250 pieces were made across all metals. This extremely rare Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph 3990 is in excellent condition and was originally sold in 2003.
